WEDDING VENUE HIRE PRICING
We have two prices for hiring Bignor Park for your wedding, which are dependent on whether you choose to have your Dining Reception based at The Stables or in a marquee at The Croquet Lawn.
Wedding venue hire fee for a Ceremony and Stables based Reception for up to 150 guests – £6,950.00
Wedding venue hire fee for a Ceremony and Croquet Lawn Marquee based Reception for up to 200 guests – £7,950.00
What is included in the venue hire fee?
• Exclusive use, one wedding per weekend
• Two day access to set up, and two days to clear
• Eleven acres of beautiful grounds and gardens
• Outdoor Civil Ceremony licence
• Car parking staff for guest arrival
• Security staff for the end of the evening
• Two loos for up to 100 guests
• Hire of 100 wooden folding chairs
• VAT not applicable

The Bignor Park venue hire fee is payable in three amounts:
An initial deposit to secure the booking, then two equal balance payments due nine months prior to the wedding day and three months prior to the wedding day.
For a Stables based wedding the deposit amount is £1,600.00 and the two balance payment amounts are £2,675.00 each (total £6,950.00).
For a Croquet Lawn based wedding the deposit amount is £1,800.00 and the two balance payment amounts are £3,075.00 each (total £7,950.00).
We also ask for a 20% damage deposit at the time of the second balance payment.

Yes we do, our weddings co-ordinator Louise Hartley will help to plan your wedding from start to finish and this is included in the hire fee.

• Guests can camp overnight in the grounds

• Unlimited venue visits during planning, including a pre wedding photoshoot
• Dedicated sustainable floral composting site, allowing wedding flowers to decompose naturally
• Low season venue hire fee is available from November to March
